PSI’s very own Kim Possible !!

Despite February being the shortest month of the year, Kim focused on making it her most successful month of 2020 (so far). If you do not know Kim, she is PSI’s exercise specialist, pilates, boxing and sport massage therapist. Which also explains the name Kim Possible and other nicknames such as Kimi Lee and Kimbo. Kim enjoys taking on new challenges and truly understands what are the essentials for her clients- It is these qualities that allowed her to receive February’s trainer of the month.

Kim is thankful to have achieved this title “as it feels good to know that all the work, the early mornings and the late evenings, positive attention to clients really pays off”.

Trainer of the month boosts our trainer’s confidence and motivation, by reminding them of their imperative role to their clients and PSI.

Kim believes how she communicates and treats her clients are highly valuable to help them feel comfortable to share any possible issues.

The attitude between trainer and client plays a significant role in both receiving referrals and enabling them to reach their optimal goals.

Kim hopes to leave a legacy behind where she helped clients, athlete’s and colleagues overcome negative thoughts and succeed in their chosen sport.

If you would like to find out more, Kim can always be found on Instagram @psi_sport & @kim_psisportinstitute, giving training tips on pilates, boxing, prehab and specialised exercises. You are also more than welcome to come and see Kim in action at the upcoming Functional Self-defence event & the brand-new PSI Boxing ring!

Once again, Kim and the PSI team are eagerly waiting to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.
